  I hired BLJV Painting Services to do some remodeling on my rental property, what should have been a 2 month project, no more than 3 months since the property was vacant ,took him a year to do! There were several times when I would go to the property to see how the remodeling was going and no one had been there for weeks. My experience with this company I would have to say not only was it very scary but very stressful as well. I not only lost out on 10 months of revenue, but I had to pay a year's worth of electrical and water bills, so that they could work on my house. As for this company's punctuality & quality of work, I would rate it in the negative....his lack of returning customer's phone calls and not to mention most of his work had to be redone due to the fact it was either he failed to do it correctly or his lack of experience. BLJV Painting Services stated they knew how to do everything from painting to sheet rock work to granite. When it came down to doing what I had hired them to do, it turned out BLJV Painting Services was hiring 2nd hand helpers. What do I mean by this? Well for example: I had hire him to put granite in my kitchen & per BLJV Painting Services the guy he contracted to do this work was in Mexico visiting his family. I asked him why couldn't he do this & that's when I learned he didn't know how to do that type of work. I paid him to service my hard wooden floors as well and come to realize BLJV Painting Services didn't do that either, he hired a friend of his to sand and refinish my floors. Plumbling work was also done by another one of the owner's friends, the list goes on and on... My experience with this company was awful, I almost lost my homeowner's insurance due to his lack of not completing the rear siding to my house. I would never recommend this company to anyone. As a homeowner, I never wish the experience I had with this company on anyone. It was a very terrifying year!
