After multiple attempts to reach this company to get a refund for services not rendered I have decided to pursue this legally. I have never in my life dealt with someone who lied so much. I requested her services, the company that owned the building I rent ended up doing all the repair work so I did not have to. When requested a refund I was told it would be done, then the lies kept coming. In addition to the fact that the owner did research to help me multiple times, so instead of just asking for a refund and leaving, I actually cut her a check for her time. That's over $4000. So not only did she get my paid in full amount, she also got more money which is such a dishonorable act. I have made multiple attempts, and never once spoke out of line. I've been ignored for almost 2 years now. I will not stop until this is resolved.

Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT USE. I contacted BLK solutions to put up TARP, repair a door, & pressure wash my house. They put up a TARP which they provided that service immediately. The door repair and pressure wash were going to be done the following week. Not even 3 days later, the Tarp blew away and I contacted them to fix. That's when every excuse (or lie) imaginable began. After weeks of them promising to come back out to fix, I had to pay another company to make the repairs to avoid further damages to my house. So I requested a refund from BLK solutions for the services that they didn't perform. Needless to say, I received more excuses (lies) on when I will be refund. Lies from its corporate policy (they're not even certified, there's no corporate) that we wait 15 days, I need more time, spouse left me, etc on on on. Every week it was a different excuse on why they couldnt send me my money back. This company is dishonest and rips servicemembers out of their money. I have proof if anyone wants to dispute. DO NOT USE. You have been warned.

Unorganized, unreliable, horrible work. 0 stars if possible. Worst experience for any work I have ever hired anyone for. Barbara lies and refuses to make good on work. She was my foreman and never showed up to my house once. 2 week estimated completion turned into 6 months. She didn't pay her subcontractors. 2 of them were hired from craigslist and quit by not showing up to my house. I had to get my credit card company to sue her before any money was refunded. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

AVOID! She is an unlicensed big talking FRAUD! She takes a big down payment, does nothing, and runs. Full of promises on Friday’s and rainy days then no answercontact on Monday. Just a complete subletting SCAMMER, who has never recorded submitting a permit in Onslow County. Check out the BBB website complaints! She frauds everyone from the elderly to all military. Feel free to contact me for future testimony, if you don’t heed my warning.

We had a very bad experience with this company. We hired them to paint our kitchen cabinets white and also to remove our old backsplash in the kitchen and replace. Barbara told us we would have crews on our job by 9am and this would take 2 days. 1st day Barbara & 1 other person showed up on the job at 11am. 2nd day Barbara & same employee showed up on job at 11:30am. The employee sat in the truck all day and refused to get out. He was arguing with Barbara all day. Job didn't get finished. Barbara came back on 3rd day and was to bring more help to get job done. She showed up alone around 11am. It was obvious she didn't know how to remove or install backsplash tile. We finally ask Barbara to leave at 11pm that night due to being so frustrated with the quality of her work. The paint was streaked on the cabinet not to mention she missed painting areas on the cabinets. The tile was very uneven and looked awful. We ended up hiring another company to come in and repaint the cabinets and tear out her tile and replace the backsplash. Our kitchen looks great now but not because of Blk Solutions. I do not recommend using this company.

This contractor Barbara Taylor is a fraud she took my money back in October 2017 and never applied for any permits and is refusing to refund me. I had to file criminal charges on her pending court date!!!! DO NOT HIRE BLK SOLUTIONS

I found this company on Thumbtack. Barbara Taylor will con you out of your money and never return your calls. She is NOT a licensed contractor nor is she registered on the BBB like she states on her website. She does not pay her contractors therefore forcing them off a job. She asks for 90% payment up front and then doesn't follow through with the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had a good experience with BLK Solutions. They are honest and offer good communication. The only request I have is to introduce themselves by name so I know who I'm meeting or talking to while doing business.

BLK solutions has been wonderful since the very start of our home repair work. They have been understanding of our situation with previous tenants and have worked with them to ensure the repairs will be done and paid for with a payment plan. The Harwood floors that were put in are beautiful. Great work and very friendly!

BLK SOLUTIONS did a whole house renovation for our vacation home in Atlantic Beach. They coordinated several specialists so the project ran smoothly. Their prices were competitive and they offered us a Military discount and financing plan to accommodate our budget. Barbara was in communications the entire time and we will be hiring BLK in the future.
