Horrible people. After a week of waiting and numerous trips to my house, my leaky faucet is still not fixed. Brandon is the plumber and he is the biggest liar I have met. Nicole is the office manager and is rude as heck. On the 3rd trip to my house supposedly because of issues with my warranty, Brandon got mad because I had not cut an access hole for him to get to my faucet. This is covered by my warranty and I was never told I had to provide that. I told him I was tired of them blaming the warranty company and expressed my frustration. He then stormed out of the house and called his company and told them he left due to me cursing him and his company and that he had recorded the conversation. Nicole said that she heard the recording also. This was a lie. Never once did foul language come out of my mouth, only the fact of why I was frustrated due to yet another wasted day with no repairs because he was not being paid to cut holes in my wall. I called the warranty company to verify again and they said access was covered on my plan, just not the repair that would need to be done afterwards. I called and talked to the owner. He said he told his employees to record the conversations at the clients home due to past issues with treats made to his employees. That in itself speaks volumes for the kind of company this is. I would not recommend these morons at all. I think they were just milking my home warranty company.

Elite Plumbing service was contracted through our Home warranty buyers protection. Upon arrival the plumber was in my house for less than 5 minutes. Said he needed to pick up a part and would return, he never did.
we called the office and the lady said he was on another call as the plumbing store where he needed to pick up the part from was closed. We called the plumbing store where he was going and they were open. So we called her back to discuss and she hung up on us. Then they wrote up a report saying that we tried to fix the problem our selves and voided the warranty with our buyers protection insurance. I would not recommend or trust Elite Plumbing I also do not recommend First American Home Buyers Protection as they denied our claim and would not allow us to see the notes from Elite Plumbing.

They came to my home, spent about 3 minutes here and said they needed parts that were not on their truck. They had to get authorization from Home Warranty Co.
After 24 hrs I called Home Warranty Co and was told they were still trying to get a hold of Elite Plumbing. This was a week ago. Today they issued a work order for a new plumbing co., as they could never reach anyone at Elite....and neither could I...service really can’t get any worse! Do not use them!!
