Kevin Bloomfield was hired by my contractor Bender Custom Homes to help with my bathroom remodel. I paid my contractor in full, and it included payment for Mr. Bloomfield. I wanted to refinance my home a couple years ago, and it was denied because Mr. Bloomfield placed a lien on my home. I never received a letter or a bill from him, and I had already paid my bill in full. When I spoke to the owner of Bender Custom Homes, he advised that Mr. Bloomfield had placed liens on other customers as well when he had already received payment for his services. I have been trying to get this handled for over 2 years now with no luck. Do not hire Bloomfield Plumbing unless you want a headache to deal with later.
