Dale and Payson put my family through one of the worst experiences of our lives. Incompetent, poor workmanship, and a total nightmare even after begging and paying them thousands of dollars to just do the job we hired them to do. They didn’t care about us or the work, and they will not care about you. Be prepared for poor work, missed deadlines, no communication, and all the excuses when all those things happen repeatedly. They won’t ever make it right. They will just wear you down and keep making things worse until you finally get desperate enough, give up, and ask them to leave like we did. We now have to spend thousands of dollars to fix what they messed up or “repaired poorly since less than a year later it’s already falling apart. Avoid this company at all cost.
