Ditto to the previous reviewer! BLS is a nightmare to deal with. Hold on to your wallet. He took our deposit and never ordered our bathroom vanities. We were promised that they were were ordered, and were given a run-a-round. We called the cabinet manufacture directly and were informed that the order was never placed. A BIG SHAME ON YOU BLS. After all this time , we have to start over with another contractor.

Although the cabinets which I ordered and received from this contractor are nice, my experience with him was absolutely awful. He was totally nonresponsive throughout the process, and I literally had to beg him and dog him to get him to deal with my issues. The cabinet company itself (Hanssem) was just as awful. I do not recommend this contractor AT ALL; in fact, I would recommend (highly) using another contractor. I cannot express enough how awful my experience with BLS was.

We used this contractor for our kitchen who was recommended from our general contractor. Boy was this a mistake. He is 100% the most unresponsive person I have ever met. Actually I believe he is a compulsive liar. We did get our first cabinets but there were some scratches on a few doors. 4 months later and a few back and forths, we are still waiting on the new doors (fall under our warranty). He says he has then, then he doesn't, says he's coming, then he doesn't. This guy is a joke. Save your money and find someone else.
