Work was done seven months behind schedule and without a permit. Furthermore, forged engineering reports were provided to me in an attempt to defraud me, as well as provided to a city inspector to mislead him into approving the work that was done. JR attempted to get away with thousands of dollars that insurance was paying him for work that he had no intention of doing. Payment is being demanded for work that was not done as well as work that is not up to code and needs to be repaired. Multiple subcontractors were not paid with the money I had given him. Avoid at all costs.
