  Build and maintain pool

  Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. We commissioned them to build a gunite pool for us. They built it and told us they would only warranty the gunite finish if we used them for the post plaster pool maintenance and ongoing water maintenance. We paid them in full for all of that maintenance and since the pool was built at the end of the season, they also closed the pool for us, which was about a month or so after it was built. Upon them opening the pool the very next season we began to see problems in the finish. Horrible unsightly mottling of the beautiful finish we had paid for them to install. They told us it was nothing and they would fix it. They never lived up to their word or the contract. So after only a few months the finish they applied is ruined. We have asked other pool companies about it and all have said they have never seen anything so terrible in a pool only a year old. After giving them our hard earned savings to build what we thought would be the pool of our dreams we are so upset. Horrible experience. Unethical company. Choose a reputable pool company if you're in the market and run from this one.

  Service pool equipment on indoor and outdoor pools

  This company has gone down the drain.It seems they lost all qualified workers and the owner Jeff is not taking any responsibility for any work. I have two pools- indoor and outdoor. The indoor pool has not been working for over two years. Jeff was telling me that the heater isn't working because the gas pressure is too. high (though it worked for years prior), so he called the company rep and never got it to work. This year they came out to open the outdoor pool and the guys did not appear to know what they were doing. They told me that the heater needs a new water sensor switch, but their suppler didn't know when they can get it. So, I ordered the switch on Amazon and. called them when the switch came in. For three days they were telling me that the only technician they can trust is out sick, so I called my plumber, who came. in and installed the switch. So, I called Blu Sol to come back to finish the pool opening and for two days they told me they had nobody to send!!! They didn't answer the phone. The only person who I was ever get a hold of was Liz, the accountant who said to me. that she would come out and do it herself if she knew how. She also always said that she would speak to Jeff, the owner, but Jeff never ever responded in any way!!!! I finally gave up and called another company. When I asked Liz to refund the money that she collected from for the pool opening she said that it wasn't possible since her two unqualified guys spent a few hours at the job and they paid their salary. Terrible, terrible company!!!
