I had my cool-deck replaced. They did a professional job, were courteous and the price was very reasonable. The owner told me he had installed the pool originally about 17 years ago and I have never had a problem with it.

I have had a very negative interaction with Blue Desert Pools & Spas, in particular with a representative by the name of Martin. I first enquired about fiberglass pools. He strongly suggested gunite pools instead which was ok for me. We agreed to meet to discuss, but he did not meet his first committed appointment and then after sent texts delaying and then nothing. This in my view is very unprofessional manners for a pool company. I might guess that he lost interest once he learned that I was then investigating pools and would install in Oct/Nov 2017. Regardless of that for any company to not following industry standard practices of be sufficiently courteous to at least contact the other party and convey their reasons is in my view a very negative reflection on that company and representative

They never return your phone calls, I also went there in person and have been told by an older lady , who I don't even know who she was , that they are too busy , the guys are on the field and I should just call and talk to them on the phone and/or to leave a message and I will be called back. I told her , that this is exactly why I came in person , because phone calls were never returns, then she said she can't help me.. Very weird all together. I't like they are in the business of building pools , but when you have the project and the money in hand , they will just ignore you...
