This builder is a liar and did not complete his signed contract. He substituted material (used for our new) and admitted that he took our paid-for material off-site at night and did not return it (I have video evidence, and he admitted this). He just walked off of the job - which was quoted to be complete in 2 months and it is almost 2 years later and s still not complete. Fair warning, do NOT hire this man.
