Eldridge, W. Boyce
Robert Namer, came to my house, designed a pool for my yard, wrote and signed the contract which included the pool, equipment, gad heater, decking and cool deck coating. He also included a $5,000 refundable charge for a retaining wall should one be necessary.
The deck is cracking, the cool coat is peeling, to use the heater, I have to put a 500 gallon propane tank in the middle of my yard.
The retaining wall was not built but he would not return the $5,000. I filed a claim with the American Arbitration Assiciation and was awarded the $5,000 plus all fees. He still won’t return my money?
