Imagine calling a company that you've engaged to provide a service just to get no response. You do this several times over several weeks. Then, finally you become annoying enough that they take your call. That was my experience during and after the build. Once they "finished" the job, my project managers phone was disconnected. They never came back to remove the temp pumps that pumped water from the ground during the installation process, they never disconnected the temp power that they tied into my electric box, the pool vacuum robot didn't work and the plaster was VERY lumpy and uneven. They replaced the vacuum and the new one lasted a month. Obviously a very cheap vacuum. Now they offered to re-plaster the chair ledge but not the entire pool. They say it is within the acceptable tolerances of the National Plasters Council. I’m getting a second opinion. In short, I have had much better-quality pools in the past. Oh, and don’t bother asking for a W9. #Bluehavenpool, #bluehavenpoolspensacola, #bluehavenpoolsmobile, #bluehavenpoolsonthegulf
