There is no zero. Very shoddy work product, my entire home is a testament to it, done one month ago. Prep for the job consists of blasting your house, my foundation and seals on windows, Already peeling on doors that werent prepped. They dont even tape between seals, trim, body of job. Flipping mess, BLACK trim paint all over seals. Left garbage and paint debris all over yard, refuses to pick up garbage Conned me out of my F150 and left the garbage. Thats what you get is abandonment from Jose if you bring up work quality. I told him a board he was mickey mousing in was not ok-in fact he came when I was gone and put a pine board against cedar. Worst experience in my 70years and 2 of being a widow. This guy has absolutely no honor. Screws the government his customers and probably his under the table no named crew picked up who knows where. NEVER CONSIDER THIS GUY

I negotiated a fixed price with Leo Ceja of Blue Heron Painting to sand-down my 20’ by 10’ wooden deck and stain it. We agreed on $800. Originally he asked for $1600. It turned out to be a joke. He had no conception of what he was doing. He brought down a small 4” sander and he proceeded to sand the floor. While he was doing the sanding his coworker started spreading the deck stain on the railing. Soon there was oil-base deck stain mixed with sanding dust. I started to cry….
My wife got on him for the mess he was creating.
We paid him cash. He and his coworker were worthless. In our opinion we got took for a ride.
