For a 1 bath with shared kitchen wall rough-in. [No tub, toilet, water heater, or faucets set in this price, just rough-in] = paid $12,000! All the faucet valves, fixtures were are not included in this price. In the end the main valve is broken [not included in the costs, worked prior to them starting]. Also in all the new plumbing failed to install a clean out.
