New build in rural central Oregon. Owner (Riley) would not return calls and was very rude when finally did get ahold of him to choose fixtures. Refused to work with us on changing a flow valve to temperature control valve on freestanding tub fixture. Very unhelpful trying to figure what is wrong with pressure control pump. Installed an instahot hot water heater with recirculating pump but didn’t hook up the recirc pump despite our questions and concerns. 4k sq ft house and it takes 3-4 minutes to get hot water. Very unhappy and would not recommend this company to anyone.
