Other issues I experiance with the aforementioned Contractor are as follows;l
1 Contrator Managing Member failed to supervise and direct work of subcotractors as he was rarely on site nor did he have a representative on site.
2.Contractor continually failed to keep work area clean and free was daily waste.
3 Contractor continually failed to meet agreed upon appointments with owner to discuss discrepancies and other concerns
Contractor fail to make any progress on project for a period of one month, after which requested a draw from my disbursement funds within my financing institution. The funds were suppose to be for work already finished, as several items on the list were not complete such as cabnitry (kitchin and bathroom),Decoration Doors ...Owner signed for disbursement in good faith; only to realize the contrator abandoning the progect, putting the Owner in a great financial bind along leaving resident in an unlivable condition.
