2 Sewage floods and kitchen flood.
    $60,000

These people are nothing but scammers, don't trust them whatsoever. They were sent by my insurance company and have been ripping me off as well as my insurance. Not only did they steal over 17 grand from my insurance they were trying to steal from me the entire time. Overcharging for work they didn't do, doing shoddy work, and damaging multiple items in my home. For over 3 years they delay the job, and kept saying they would make things right. Then got a POD and had me put my belongings in there and stopped making the payments, failed to tell me and got all of my belongings repoed by the POD company and refusing to have it transferred to my name or give me any of my things back, holding all my stuff hostage! Then had the nerve to send me to collections. They are nothing but fraudulent. They act like they are trying to help you fight your insurance company but really just trying to use up your insurance as much as they can and rip you off and your insurance at the same time! Be sure to check all line items in your claim, don't leave it up to the insurance company. They also stole items from my home. Sent me shoddy pack-out people that also stole items from my home. If you do business with them you are sure to get ripped off. The insurance says they will back you but they don't. It's all an inside scam! Also, I'm almost sure they caused the 3rd flood in my home just to get more insurance money out of me. And because of all this, my insurance dropped me. RYAN will try to say I was underinsured but they were also charging for work they weren't going to do and also if I was underinsured he didn't have to accept the work. They were fully paid on 2 claims and didn't finish the work and kept hounding me for more money when they couldn't even finish the work they had already been paid for. Lots of items damaged in my home and lots of manipulation and lies. Now trying to ruin my credit along with getting half my life taken from me. They delayed the work so long that I had to come back to my home and live in sewage-filled carpet. These people have been nothing but a nightmare. They keep taking more work and can't even finish the work they have already started and delay so long until they throw your house back together last min and expect you to accept they shoddy work they have done! And maybe they do good work for the people they choose to. The ones they know have enough money to get a lawyer and go after their asses but because they know I don't have money for a lawyer they took full advantage of my entire situation. These people got me feeling like I'd be better off dead that's what a nightmare this has been! I'm still having problems in my home from the work they did. All they do is deny it, lie, scam and manipulate. DO NOT TRUST RYAN OR ANYONE AT BLUE RIBBON. Seriously the work is so bad I'm missing screws in my door hinges which I'm petty sure a 10 year old child could do that. They thought because I'm a woman I wouldn't notice all the issues in my home. I had 3 pages of problems. They also did work my insurance didn't approve of and then expected me to pay for it when I didn't approve it either! Again just trying to rip me off for more money any way they possibly could!

I wish I could give no stars. Please do not use them unless you don't care about integrity or good work. We were just homeowners who answered the door after a storm, a new roof due to hail damage and didn't research the company well enough before using them.
They are storm chasers of the absolute worst kind who overcharge the insurance company by saying they used more product than they did (with no pictures to prove the issue they stated they needed to fix), use faulty shingles which they shouldn't have put on in the first place after seeing how they look like they came off an old roof and during the winter??? And they are very aggressive. I just don't understand how a company can not finish a job but ask for the final payment before it's done. Who does that? Now we have to deal with the manufacturer of the shingles and we are just the homeowners. They simply won't finish the job until we pay them and we don't feel we should because of the faulty work stated above that they will not resolve, not to mention our solar panels being stacked in the back yard for two and 1/2 months. The shingles don't lie flat, there are grainuals from the roof all over our deck and furniture every day it's windy. They used our outdoor chairs as sawhorses and ruined one of them. So many problems there isn't even enough room to document it all here. IT HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!

We were just homeowners who answered the door after a hail storm who needed a new roof and didn't research the company well enough before using them. MY BAD! But it will never happen again and I am hoping I can save someone from going through all we have with this company.

They say they don't have the money to finish our roof after they put on faulty shingles, damaged our property and won't respond when called. I can see now why they don't have the money to pay for the labor and materials they used to do the job. I hope their reputation is starting to catch up with them. There are just too many good roofing company's out there to choose from. I wish I had never opened my door to them.

    Considered for Kitchen Remodel

Website seemed to indicate more projects on exterior, rather than interior, work, and a Denver - not Colorado Springs - company, too. They were last to contact me, but, still within 48 hours, very quickly, so that didn't really play a part in this decision.
