The work completed was ok, but periodically had to ask for things to be fixed, which ended up being non-communicated upcharges.
When signing the contract the additional charges, we were told that it would not exceed a certain amount, but ended up being more than triple the cost, which hurt us financially.
The people in charge are great people, but their communication skills are extremely lacking. This, combined with the ridiculous upcharges, made this the worst experience I have ever had in home project in my lifetime.
I would not recommend using this general contractor, unless you are not concerned about lack of communication and extremely high upcharges.
