Got a quote from them for a bathtub to walk-in shower conversion, we approved the quote and gave a down payment. Approximately 2-3 months after the down payment they finally set up a date to start the work. The crew came out and did more measurements and said they were unable to start the job due to having improper material sizes and stated the office would be in touch. The office called later that evening and stated they would not be able to do the job they quoted and would give our down payment back. When they brought the check for the reimbursement it was $500 less than what was originally paid, they refuted until I told them I had undeniable proof (cleared check) only then did they come back with the missing money. If they couldn’t do the job from the beginning they should have just said so instead of stringing me along for months when I could have had another contractor already complete the job. I will also be informing the BBB about the experience I had.
