I would give zero stars if possible.

Day 1. Tear down. The laborers wrapped my AC condenser up like a Christmas present w/o saying anything to us, caused the compressor to overheat and blew the capacitor.

Day 2. New roof. Our walkway lights and a sentimental lawn ornament were destroyed. Before they got started, a foreman (or whatever title) assured us that those items weren't in harms way. So we didn't move them. That's our naivety I suppose.

There was no inspection. There was a random SUV that stopped outside our house at 6am Friday morning for about 5 minutes. Driver never got out, and it was still dark out. Maybe an inspector? Can't be certain, they drove off when I opened the door.

They made sure to come and get their dumpster promptly this morning, leaving a dozen or so bundles of shingles, OSB board, sand bags and flashing scattered in my yard.

Unacceptable.

I have dips and lumps in my finished roof. They ripped my satellite off my roof on speed week so I had no TV service. I tried to tell the roofers to stop and get off the roof but no one on the crew spoke English. They did not replace the drip ridge as they were supposed to and they were suppose to remove the gutter spouts then replace after roof was done. That did not happen. I never saw the permit nor have I seen the paperwork stating my roof passed inspection. No person actually came to the house it was all done by pictures.

On-site supervisor Alan did not do his job, he let workers get on a very tall roof not hooked into harness or properly cleanup they also failed to properly put tarps on pool equipment or around the house. This resulted in me picking up shingle pieces and roofing nails for several weeks. Safety is a big concern when hiring contractors to work on you’re property and could become a major liability. After telling Alan this multiple times I called both owners Travis Lockett and Ramon Guitard and the deferred this back to Alan’s duty’s giving me no reassurances.
This was probably the worst experience in my entire life. Management gave no reassurance that the job would be completed in a safe manner. When the job was completed they didn’t do a walk around or make sure all my concerns were taken care of. I wouldn’t believe the 5 star reviews after the experience I had.

I had Blue Sky replace my roof on 1/22/2022. Ramon and his crew did a fantastic job. Very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Blue Sky. In addition to the roof they also performed wind mitigation modification. Can't say enough, if you are thinking about a roof replacement you can't go wrong with Blue Sky.
