It starts with taking almost 4 months to do what was told to us to be a 2 to 3 week screen porch project. Very poor communications, when they showed up it may be only for 2 to 4 hours and gone. Started with the post not being installed properly on the footers, had to go to the county to get them to do it right. Constantly leaving tools, ladders, materials scattered through out our yard that neighbors and HOA complained about the time taking and the mess that was always there. installed the rough sawed cedar wrong and instead of fixing put several layers of stain on the rest to make it look smooth and leaving us with a very poor looking porch that is much darker than we asked for and looking like paint instead of stain. Very unprofessional in work and communications. Would never recommend them for any job no matter how small.
