BEWARE. The contractor, Bo Smith, seems extremely professional, friendly and trustworthy upfront. After I hired him, he breached our contract and tried to defraud me of several thousand dollars.
He did this by trying to convince me to purchase my fence from his supplier rather than the one I had chosen from Home Depot that was priced into the contract. He said his supplier would charge less. After I agreed to use his supplier, he said the price would be the same as Home Depot. I asked to see actual prices in writing. He gave me excuses instead. He wouldn’t even tell me the website where I could get more information about the product.
Since our contract requires any change to be made in writing, I insisted on a copy of the purchase order. In response, he emailed me an embarrassingly fake invoice (wire fraud), which listed a fake supply company and the wrong fence -- but a similar price to the one in my contract.
After doing my own research and learning the printouts of fences he showed me were from www.mecofence.com aka www.mexytech.com which sells though the Chinese marketplace Alibaba, I discovered the fence he tried to sell me was likely about $10,000 or so less than the Home Depot fence. I suspect his plan was to charge me the Home Depot price so he could to pocket that extra cash. This would explain why he refused to tell me the website or the actual name of the supplier he used. It would be to his disadvantage for me to see the actual price and know that he was grossly overcharging me.
I have since canceled the contract , verbally and in writing, and have requested a return of my down payment of $10,833.00. He has not responded to any communications and has not returned my money. I now have to seek remediation through legal action.

Floor refinishing: Always late by several hours if they showed up at all then left early. Never more than 2-3 hours a day of work. Terrible quality work. Used rental equipment that I later found out was reported stolen. Damaged our floors then never came back to finish project after only about 30% done (on day 8 of an estimated 5 day project). Made home a complete mess and didn’t properly protect appliances, cabinets, etc which were damaged. Clearly didn’t know how to do the job properly. Then completely abandoned and never returned calls/texts. Had to hire a different contractor to fix the extensive damage and complete the project.
