When building a home you have spent your entire life to save for, you should be relieved and excited when you choose a builder after years of screening. This was the farthest thing possible from our experience with Bluegrass Building Consultants and Josh Morrison. Every promise and handshake was a cover up for a corrupt individual that took advantage of every line item on our budget to charge us two and three times for our home. Orders were placed for materials without our approval. Wrong products were delivered and we paid for them and the replacements (on top of labor to install twice and removal.). Mismanagement of subcontractors was rampant. Most quit due to mistreatment by the foreman. This comment box could read like a novel, but I will spare you the details. Avoid Bluegrass Building Consultants and Josh Morrison.
