Absolutely awful. Do not utilize this company. Had them come out to do a bid, and was extremly unprofessional. Kept saying, "no problem, that's included," and was unwilling to put it in the contract. Being an attorney, I knew this was a trap. Do not utilize this company. Glad I read the above review before signing anything.

Most unprofessional owner I have ever worked with. My pool was finished, and all his sub contractors were great, and it's beautiful. But the owner Rob needs to step down and let his sons take over. I was cussed out at by him because he forgot to install shears. Later in the project, he sent a text to my wife calling her "chicken s***". I had to step back from dealing with him so I would not do something I might later regret. Rob had no such self control. When ever I had a question or concern, he was defensive and defiant. When asked about a jump rock (that was clearly written in the contact) that they neglected to install, his response was "there are plenty of rocks for them (the kids) to jump off of".
Like I said, my pool is finished, except for somethings he verbally promised and never did. It looks great, but that's because the people he hired were great. I suggest going to the subs directly. Unless you don't mind being treated horribly by the owner.
Note. Everything I have stated is true. I have texts from him, so don't let him tell you this is from a disgruntled customer with no facts or substance. The work is done and looks good, but Rob is the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Never heard of a worker cussing out clients.

Rob and his boys met us at the tile store, helped us pick a tile that would look good with the midnight blue pebbletec and went to work. I cant say enough about how they treat you as a customer. they took it to a whole new level making sure we were comfortable with the process from start to finish. I wanted to do some additional work that would of cost several thousands more and Rob talked me out of it and I am glad he did. I appreciate honesty and attention to detail. If you are looking for a company that you can trust, will perform and stay with you from start to finish these are the guys!!
