Okay...where to start..I normally don't ever post a review about any company but I felt like I had to do it so I can help others and save people time and avoid going through this process and getting stress with this company. We dont like to give bad reviews about companies but I just feel so bad with the people that already signed and for those about to. They are very unprofessional, communication is horrible and their overall service is the worst! These company doesn't have a face or a person to be responsible for their mistakes or to answer concerns and questions. At the beginning when they wanted us to sign with them Joe was responsive and always there (He is a great guy) sadly the company wants him to be the face of the company for every issue but they don't keep him inform and therefore he never has the accurate information. Their "Office" NEVER answers the phone!! Manuel the owner NEVER answers and is always hiding from problems. We knew that building a pool was going to bring problems here and there and that it could take a littler longer than expected BUT this is RIDICULOUS!!! We had to call many times so they can put a plastic fence around the pool because we didn't have one and still don't have one. We have 4 little kids and a dog who haven't been able to play in my back yard because these incompetent company cant do the job. Every step of the process has been a problem with them. They installed the wrong title in my pool and tried to lie to us saying that it was the right one. We went to the store they work with and we picked our choice. 12/16 - ONE MONTH LATER……..WE’RE TOLD THE GLASS TILE IS ON “BACK-ORDER” EVEN THOUGH BOB - AND TILE PLUS HAD THE TILE THE ENTIRE TIME. Luckily we noticed the difference. It was a huge problem for them to change it and even though it was their fault, we had to pay all the new material. The copping..We went and picked or copping for the pool. They went got it and brought it broken to my house. I was the one to noticed that they were short on material and that they were ALL broken. Every little task or job they cant seem to get it right. My husband and I had to take days off work to go to Tampa and pick up the material because even though we had picked our copping way ahead of time and these company took forever to get it, there was no longer more. We had to go to Tampa and get it ourselves and load it on and off (very heavy marble). Their workers have a bad attitude. We are nice people, very humble and never try to look for problems. We offer them water, chips, drinks because we feel bad with this hot weather..but they just don't care. We normally come out and say "hi good morning" and they will look at you dirty. Will leave all the chips and bottle water trash in your backyard. I had to pick it up myself with husband. They messed up the pool stairs are super steep and measurements are completely off. It is horrible!! It has been about 2 months since they said (have proof of this) that they ordered the plaster for my pool and that it was going to take 3-4 weeks, then said it was here and then later a few days after that it has not arrived yet. They don't know crap! no one in that company ever knows something. No one will answer your emails or calls. I am aware that there are a lot of issues with pool companies but trust me you rather go with someone else. They just keep giving us excuses to prolonged this process. But they are bullshitting us with constant excuses!!! On 5/31/21 - we agreed to build a pool with Bluescape Pools and Spas for a price of - $62,350. The completion of the pool was supposed to be: 12-16 weeks and was later changed to 18-20 weeks. Based on this, the completion of the pool should have been: by Mid October AT THE LATEST. We were PROMISED that the pool would be COMPLETED BY THANKSGIVING and CERTAINLY by CHRISTMAS. Pool or hole had to get clean up because was infested with frogs and tadpoles. Still waiting for a response on my pool plaster 2 months later. Do your self a favor go with someone else!

DONT BY FOOLED BY THIS COMPANIES ONLINE ADVERTISEMENTS OR PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE. OWNER MANUEL IZQUIERDO DID NOT SELL OR DESIGN ANY OF THE POOLS HE DISPLAYS ON HIS ADVERTISING AND ON WEBSITE. THE TRUTH IS HE HIMSELF AS A CPC BUILDS LESS THAN 10% OF THE POOLS AS HE WAS SOLELY A SUBCONTRACTOR/ LICENSEE AND POOLS WERE BUILT BY OTHER SUBCONTRACTORS NOT BLUESCAPE POOLS & SPAS AS HE DOES NOT HAVE THE POOL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE. BLUESCAPE HAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE A POOL SERVICE & MAINTENANCE COMPANY - NOT A BUILDER. THE PEOPLE HE USE ARE SUBS AND USUALLY DAY LABORERS & UNDOCUMENTED EMPLOYEES THAT HE PAYS UNDER THE TABLE. (TRUTH BE TOLD HE DOES NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO ANY PLUMBING ON NEW POOL CONSTRUCTION ON HIS OWN AND LACKS ALL POOL BUILDING EXPERIENCE).
DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWEHERE YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! BLUESCAPE CURRENTLY OFFERS ZERO CRAFTMANSHIP AND POOR QUALITY AND SUB STANDARD AND LIMITED CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE . ANY QUESTIONS OR FEEDBACK I WILL GLADLY RESPOND TO ANYTIME

*** The update from the Owner Manual Izquierdo is a blatant lie.
He does not own the rights to the photos he is posting on the advertising and is lying about his companies work experience. The Home Mag has already deleted his advertising!
He states that it is a dis disgruntled employee making statements.
Not true, I was never his employee, I was his employer.
I can guarantee 1000% that a majority of his employees do not have workers comp and are undocumented. If you don't believe ask him to provide proof of workers comp when the workers are on a job.
If someone has an accident at your home, the homeowner will be paying for it! This is just a warning to stay clear away from a company with these and many more unethical business practices!
All information is also being reported to the Department of Business
as well as government and county agencies so he can be stopped.
