    I referred this company to my father-in-law and he was greatly disappointed. The customer service has been terrible. The filter in his pool stopped working, and actually broke. After trying to contact the owner (Jim) about this with nothing as even a returned phone call, my father-in-law called the manufacturer who sent out a rep to look at the filter. He was told that the filter was installed improperly, and would have to pay $1000 because it wasn't covered under the warranty because it was not installed correctly.
    DSI has yet to return phone calls, answer faxes or emails requesting service.

    Extremely disappointing and would not recommend them to ANYONE IN THE FUTURE!
