Beware of this company. Signed contract with them under 'Bluewater Services' with Cory Hakes. Contract was for new HVAC. Gave them a substantial down payment. On the day of the installation, they were a no show/no call. AKA bluewater mechanical. Licensed under Phoenix Asset Holdings Inc.

Beware. Recently hired this contractor to install a new HVAC and paid them a large deposit. On the day of the scheduled installation, they were a no show/no call. Furthermore, research shows this company changes its name often and currently known as Bluewater Services, Bluewater mechanical (bluewatermechanical.com), and Bluewater Plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Licensed under Phoenix Asset holdings Inc.

Terrible. Be warned! We had to go to court to recover our down payment after they 1) designed an illegal system for us, 2) took $10,000 in down payment, 3) never showed up to do the work, 4) lost their license to operate in the State of Minnesota, and 5) wouldn't return our payment. They are under a cease and desist order from the State to stop representing that they can provide plumbing and electrical services, but they are not complying with that order.
