Our heat went out yesterday and we came home to the house at 48 degrees. We determined that the cause was a broken igniter on our furnace. It was after 5:00 and no parts stores were open so we could buy the part and replace it. We contacted Pete at BMC who had the part in his service van and agreed to let us purchase the part and pick it up right away. He saved us and we are truly grateful! Other contractors actually hung up on us when we said we just wanted the part and not a service technician. Pete really went the extra mile to help us out. I would highly recommend BMC to anyone!!

Just used Pete's services on Friday. It has been cold for weeks now and I came home late Thursday to find my house at 52. I worked with D&J to troubleshoot and determine what was most likely wrong. It would cost me 35% more for everything if they came that night so I said I could wait. I didn't hear from D&J so I called Pete @ BMC. He was at my house within a few hours, repaired my furnace and trusted me to put a check in the mail. I know Heating co.'s are super busy right now and I'm so grateful for Pete's quick response. Thumbs up!!!
