A recent story revealed that my roof (on a 6-yr old house!) leaked. As there was water damage in several different walls, we determined that the best solution was to install a whole new roof. Ben, the owner, has been a great communicator throughout the project, which is ongoing. The roof is done, but we still need to solve a problem with a poorly installed glass wall (wall of floor-to-ceiling windows) and then restore all of the interior drywall that had been saturated due to the leaks. Still a ways to go, but I'm very happy with the work that BMK and their subcontractors have done so far. Highly recommend!
