Took several months for a simple bathroom remodel and the shower tile job was terrible. Contractor was asked many times over several months to take a look, it's obvious he isn't coming. Little to no response. Says he's coming out but doesn't. Poor job, doesn't meet ANSI standards. Need to rip it out and redo it - concerned now as to what work was done behind the tile and under the pan. We fixed several other issues but can't do this one ourselves.
