If Superman ever became a Plumber, he'd work for Bob Gripp. After buying g the wrong water heater at a Big Box store. And waiting nine days for another plumber to return my calls (7). I called Bob Grupp plumbing. He showed up in less than thirty minutes. Gave me options to Save money (like that's ever happened in the history of plumbers!). Gave me a written estimate and best of all, showed up the next day, parts-in-hand and knocked out the job in less than an hour. Followed-up via telephone to make sure I am very satisfied. Believe me, it was the first time I haven't been able to find anything to bitch about. Thank you and your expert team of wizards.
