I HAVE USED BOB KEMPFE SERVICES FOR ABOUT FIVE OR MORE YEARS AND HE HAS BEEN RELIABLE, COURTEOUS, ALWAYS HAS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOBS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. LAST WEEK HE DID ANOTHER JOB FOR ME, CLEARING ROOTS FROM A DOWNED TREE, BRINGING TWO TRUCK LOAD OF TOPSOIL, LEVELING THE SOIL WITH FRONT END LOADER, CARRIED AWAY ALL OF THE DEBRIS ETC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

It’s a shame you didn’t contact the contractor himself. If there truly were a problem due to his work crew he would have made it more than right. I’ve done business with & known Bob Kempfe for more than 25 yrs. He has always impressed me as being an accurate, honest & trustworthy tradesman.
Every encounter I’ve had with this contractor has been A++. I do encourage you to reach out to him via phone to resolve this issue you are refering to. If something needs to be made right he would willingly do it. It amazes me how many people will jump right on the internet ready to complain before even contacting or confronting the party they feel are at fault. Doesn’t seem at all right to me.

I live at 34 Embury Ave, Ocean Grove. You roofing crew just did a roof at 36 Embury. I just cleaned and scrubed my porch and balcony to put up our Christmas decor. Now I have clean and scrub all the saw dust, demo leftovers and shingle crap off both floors. There is ALOT of it and I don't think this should be a practice of ANY buisness. I would have asked the crew to look into it but when confronted, none of them speak english. Sorry, no good recommendations for this Bob Kempfe. None at all!
