My husband put in a service request through our home HSA on January 27th, due to our washer not draining as it should. They said BOB OUR HANDYMAN, has been notified and will be contacting you shortly.
We waited until Sunday February 2nd and called the number that HSA had given us for this handyman. The gentleman just said "hello" and sounded as if my husband had just woke him up. My husband explained that we had been waiting for him to come take a look at our washer/plumbing issue. The man said he'd be out Monday, February 3rd and would give a call an hour before he showed up. My husband works nights and stayed up all day waiting and nothing, no show, no call!
I finally called the number I had for BOB OUR HANDYMAN on Monday, February 10th. I explained how dissatisfied I was with the fact that he took our payment, but had yet to even schedule an appointment to look at the problem. He asked for the dispatch number and I gave it to him and his exact words were "Oh sh*t you should have been taken care of a while ago!!" He asked what our schedule was for the following day and I told him one of us would be available. He said, once again, that he'd call us an hour before he came.
It is currently Tuesday, February 11th and I checked HSA dispatch to see if my service had been scheduled. It now says BOB OUR HANDYMAN will be at our home between 12:53 pm and 1:53 pm today. I still have not received a call from this handyman and honestly, I would give ZERO stars if I could. I will also post this review on Google as well. If by some chance he makes this right I'll amend my review.
