Once the contract was signed, every promise was broken. Never once did he meet with us on our home site or while the house was being built. Upgrades we paid for were not put into the house ,ie. the best window instead of the contractors grade. We only found this out 4 years later when window problems began. We also found he did not follow the blue prints in order to save himself money which disappeared to him. He did the same thing to numerous other clients I know now. NEVER USE THIS MAN FOR ANY BUILDING PROJECT.PROJECT. It is why he is no longer building in Tellico Village.
