More like, "Bob Tusky's WORST Appliance." This guy was unbelievable. He was assigned to us by a home warranty club and it took him 2 weeks to look at our dryer. Then it was 1 excuse after another, followed by empty promises to call us right back. We went over a month without a dryer because of this friendly old codger. Check out his website and you'll find 5-star reviews from Ryah C. and Randy M. accompanied by stock photos from a Danish plumbing supply website (as of 5/23/19). Image search them for yourself and see. That may lead you to question the occasional positive review on this site.

Bobs been out to my home 4 times over the past month or so failing to repair my fridge.
1st time ordered part
2nd time lots of electrical sparking and then a breaker blew. Bob said he's unable to repair due to Subzero shipping him a bad part?
3rd time out still unable to fix
4th time he was out he said he could not do the job because he left his tools at another job site.It's been over a month now we have waited for Best appliance repair to fix our fridge and now we have to reschedule for a 5th time hoping he brings all his tools!
Save your self time and money don't use this company!
