I would NOT recommend Bob Youker Construction! He forgot to order the awnings for my house and came up with a song and dance as to why I should give him the final insurance payment. My father has lymphoma if the brain and I begged him not to pressure me to give him the payment before the job was done. He pressured and pressured me until I gave him the final large payment. He PROMISED ME that he would finish the job and not rip me off. Well. one of the awnings turned out to be several inches too short. I came home to see him sitting in my driveway. He said that he was looking for the sizes that he had sent into the awning company because the awnings were way too short. He clearly told me that the awning that was delivered had to be returned because it was not the right size. The next morning I came home to see that he had put up that awning that was not the right size. I called the company. They said that they made the awning to the measurements that Bob had sent to him. When I tried to get a hold of Bob he blew me off. I will be taking him to court. I have lots of emails to back up my side of things and I have obtained a lawyer. Additionally, they left their construction mess all over my yard the entire time that they were working here.
