The key is honesty, respect and customer service. I gave Mr. Robert Gagnon the benefit of the doubt multiple times and the ability to rectify his mistakes. Instead when called out on it. He had a temper tantrum like a 5 year old. I live over at 68 Uxbridge Street Cranston RI. This guy does not know how to do his job. He did roof work at my house before I bought it. I have called him back several times to try and fix my roof. He has failed every time to do so!! My roof leaks every time it rains. The job is awful!! He used peel and stick for a flat roof its supposed to be rolled roofing. He never took the shingles off the side of the house to flash properly. Instead he tried to use like a flex seal in place of flashing and tried to seal all open seams with it. Its obvious it is not to code!!! He never pulled a permit with the City of Cranston. He came over my house in his Dodge Challenger revving his engine flat out of the gate yelling and cursing at me. This guy is very unprofessional!! All I did was make comments on the quality of the job that was performed and the integrity to do the job. I never swore I was not trying to make him mad. I maintained my composure and a high degree of professionalism when he flew off the handle at me. I almost called the cops because he was creating such a scene and disturbance for the other neighbors. If I could leave no stars I would.

Shoddy workmanship. Very unprofessional & shady. Damaged my house siding. Came back to repair & still couldn't get it right. Broke a front door window. Had to file w/his insurance company. STAY AWAY!!!

Over a year later, didn't complete paint project & damaged house siding. Was made to repair damage & still couldn't get it right! Hearing w/CRLB pending.

44Marden Street Bobby G did new windows in my house and some of the material has fallen off and he has never returned my calls. Also, three new doors installed and the.y are shoddy and some of them stick and can't open them. He never returns calls and when promises to come to repair, he never shows up. No, I would not recommend him. He should stick to just doing roofing work and not branch out into other areas where he is less than knowledgeable.
