Partain builders is by far the WORST roofing company I have ever encountered. Joseph has TERRIBLE communication skills, he brought a crew of teenagers that were on my roof wearing sandals, and took entirely too long to complete the project. He gave a window of 4 days to tear the old roof off and put the new roof on, it took them almost 2 weeks. Said he wasn't allowed on the roof when it's wet due to their workers comp, which makes sense, but then tell me why they were working on my roof DURING THE RAIN? But On a bright sunny weekday, no one showed up to work. He said they would work over the weekend, but only 1 teenager showed up to work for a couple hours.
He kept pushing dates out before they started, and I kept getting lame excuses.
Do NOT hire Joseph Partain with partain builders for any of your fixing needs. Save your money and go with a more reliable company!!
