He was hired to remodel a kitchen , convert another kitchen into a mudroom and bathroom, convert 2 upstairs bathrooms into one and install windows. The new bathroom converted from the kitchen is a disaster. He never finished the paint on the walls, multiple spots need touch up. The shower leaked after one week from behind the wall because he installed the shower surround incorrectly ( blamed us for having a shower curtain not a shower door) . He wanted additional money for him to fix it . he used a cracked piece of trim for under the shower and never painted any of the trim. The mudroom door trim is also banged up. The walls have many imperfections form him as well. The 2 large picture windows he installed never had the trim work done but he was paid fully for that part of the job. The other double hung windows were all measured wrong which created a change order for him to buy material for them to fit correctly. He only installed 3 out of the 17 windows. The upstairs bathroom was only partially demo'd and that's where that job ended. When he started in October 2023 we did not know his contractors license had expired in January 2023. He last worked in February 2024. He took him over 4 months to do the work he did. He rarely worked a full week and his work day was at most 5 hours. Out of 105 Monday - Friday possible work days he missed 48 days. We are in the process of a lawsuit now. He did all of this to a returning customer ( he put a $7,000 deck on for us in 2022. We also gave him payments before he started to help him out because he was out of work . He asked for them and said he'd give us a discount if we did. With all the work he didn't complete and was paid for it totals close to $15,000. In the mudroom we had my nephew run the water lines to the basement for us prior to Bobby starting. We came home from work one day In December and saw Bobby had redone the water lines, he said it would look nicer the way he did it. We never asked him to do that work as it was not discussed. In February added an additional $5,000 onto the bill for those water lines. He also wanted shutoffs installed for the new upstairs bathroom . He wanted to charge us $1,200. I called a plumber and he did it for $225. Beware of Bobby , his "draws for payment " his horrible work, personality and change orders. Please stay away and do yourself a favor.

Redid my bathroom. I've had my plumber in many times to fix his mistakes. He told me one thing and did another. Charge me for his plu.ber to do work then told me he needed more money for the plumber, yet he said there were no problems. What was all the money for the plumber for. My shower has had leaks, it had water build up after a week. He told me to use drano. On a brand new shower and pipes. Really. Paint job was childs work. But he did have his kids there so maybe they did the painting. And maybe the rest of it. Because it was NOT a professional job.
