Not only Simpson & Sons did not use the appropriate equipment, (they used much smaller than recommended by General contractor) they did not have a grading checker to check the right measurement and elevation. They did a terrible job and it took them 4 months excavating and braking stones with small wrong machinery. After 4 months the general contractor rented the right machinery which is heavier equipment, heavier rock breaker to use, but Simpson & Sons abandoned the job and took the key of the rock breaker that has been rented from a local place with them. After 5 days of ignoring the email, text and voice messages that the general contractor left him, he showed up at the site and took his equipment. when the general contractor asked him to continue the work that he did not finished he said to the general contractor curse words. This company is unprofessional and incompetent. They don't know what they are doing.
