I sign a contract in Nov 2022 with Bobcat Construction and I gave a check for $4000, the owner Steven Cuevas came and cut the gas and water pipes without requesting a permission, the moment that I call this person, he never came to work or fix a thing, steel the money and never came back to resolve the problem. I had to hire a lawyer to sue this company. Still unresolved. Avoid by all means hire this company.

Money hungry, provided a handyman special after giving him $29000 out $31000. Work was supposed to be done in 3 weeks. He took 10 weeks and still was not done. I lost 2 months rent. I have to pay nearly $8k to get things fix. I wish I could post the pics here. Horrible person that Steven Cuevas is. He also threatened to break down my house. I have filed a police report.
