Real estate agents are always trying to find a contractor that they can count on. I have found that Bob's Construction has been dependable and reasonable in their pricing. Bob has always been available for my clients with short notice and came to the rescue of a seller when their basement was leaking on a Saturday morning. I believe you will find Bob's Construction to be professional, caring, polite and honest in dealing with your repairs, additions and whatever your needs may be.

Not for electrical work. The electrician/installer take short cuts. Providing you not what you paid for but the cheapest material he think should work. Communication is horrible with this electrician/installer. Constantly personal matters comes up from completing the job I paid in full for. No courtesy call unless I call him. He may answer with excuses and a time to get it done. But never come through. No concern from the owner. I just wanted quality work for what I thought I was getting. Lesson Learned!!!
