Bob's HVAC Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning

Easily one of the most trustworthy tradesman in Chico. Very pleased with his work, pricing and demeanor. We have used him for many years on many projects.

We recently called Bob to see if he could service our AC. He did the work, got the AC running, and billed us for his services. No problems initially. However, due to a billing error we were unable to get him his payment as soon as we would have liked. We ultimately cancelled the first check and reissued it. However, before we could get the second check to Bob, he decided to sneak back onto the property, jump onto the roof, and steal parts from our system. It is now over 98 degrees in the house and he is holding the parts as ransom and demanding $1,200 - much more than originally billed - to get the AC back on. This guy is a maniac!

I can understand his frustration about not getting paid as fast as he may have wanted, but circumstances came up that prevented it. We were certainly going to pay the guy but now we can't afford his ransom. He literally snuck into the property, stole the equipment, and is holding it ransom for a higher price while we sit in 98 degree heat. That is actually illegal. We are currently typing our complaint to the licensing board now.

I'd avoid this guy. He is reckless and has no qualms about stealing your equipment.

Bob's performed a service on my heater and air conditioner at my business. We have vintage equipment that a lot of service people would not work on but Bob came by and cleaned the equipment and tested the coolant levels to keep our system going. Bob is customer and detail oriented and will do the job right for a fair price. I highly recommend Bob's for any AC or heating need!
