I received a letter in the mail to welcome me to the neighborhood and offer services. I am in the process of renovating my home, so I called to see if I could get an estimate to have a wall removed to remodel the kitchen. He asked me why I wouldn't have the person remodeling the kitchen remove the wall (not offering to give me a quote for that). I replied because if I can't remove the wall I can't remodel the kitchen. He replied this doesn't sound like a real request. I thanked him for his time and hung up. Guess he should rewrite his letter and take out "from simple to sizable we can help you." Obviously he didn't want to help me at all.
