Would give zero stars if I could. David Boers (the owner) is disorganized, doesn’t pay subcontractors after being paid by his customer, has multiple lawsuits against him for not paying and does not do quality work. His workers left beer bottles all over our job site, his lack luster work caused major damages to our new building and more. The job was 2 years over schedule and almost $1 million over budget. The owner is dishonest, disorganized, rude and constantly drinking. STAY AWAY.
