    This Memorial Day Weekend I will celebrate 25 years of living in my Boger Home in beautiful Land O Lokes. I still love this home as much as the first day I moved in. In 1996, David and all of the other Davids on his crew took my drawing from idea to brick and mortar. Seamless, easy, highest quality! I would build again with this company in a heartbeat.

    Working with David Boger was a nightmare. He will quote low but that means low end everything. You end up having to spend more of your own money to get decent quality materials. You also have to set up your own accounts with people because he has none - e.g., tile, flooring, appliances, lighting, you name it. He quoted 10 months but it took 2 years. We ended up taking many things away from him- landscape, pool, outside kitchen, cabinetry, driveway, etc. just to be able to move in. We had to start scheduling many of the subs because he was incompetent. He was rarely on site to check work and the subs would leave trash everywhere. I could go on forever.
    I love my house but it has nothing to do with him. We essentially managed the construction and built a beautiful home in spite of him.

Totally confused about this and unsure of what job or who you are, and what the circumstances were?
