Quoted a price for job said no payment until job was complete. Shortly after that demanded $5000. Which he was paid. Sent workers a few more times threw a temper tantrum for $5000. More. Never came back. Left outside completely unfinished. Left room inside with Sheetrock up and subfloor NOTHING ELSE but all the instillation and sheet rock trash all over room. Demanded $7000 more. He had agreed $15000. I personally was paying for my flooring and paint. He literally could have finished the job in 3 days. If you want a Grown man to act like a 5 yr throwing a tantrum not listening nor talking coherently he is your man. Totally unprofessional left all of out side work not touched, left without mudding Sheetrock. What little written communication I received was lies that didn’t even make sense. I would not wish him on anyone. Of course at the start he was quite charming which quickly changes.
