Adrian has been our contractor on numerous projects since 2011. Over that time, he has waterproofed our basement, replaced our foundation, dug out a new sewer line, provide meaningful earthquake retrofitting, insulated our walls, re-sided our exterior, upgraded our front steps, and replaced our popup with a full-sized second floor addition that has dramatically improved its value and curb appeal. Essentially, he's rebuilt our home over a the span of a decade, all while we were living in it. He has strict standards for those that work with him, he is flexible with late design changes, he looks for cost savings and eco-friendly solutions at every opportunity, and he's a great guy to talk to. I cannot recommend him enough.

Bogman has been our go-to contractor for over a decade. We hired him initially to redo our basement to stop sewer leaks and water seepage. He was the only bidder who planned to stop the water from even entering by implementing an outside French drain. In the process he rectified the fact that our 1920 home did not even have a footing. He worked with us to completely redo the basement, digging down to give us higher ceilings, and staging structurally for a future upper floor. He had creative ideas for style and utility. He worked with us to give us the most value for our buck without sacrificing quality.
Since this initial remodel we've had him back to do a complete upper story - made with SIPS - build out an enclosed front porch, fully insulate our home and overall make it energy-efficient. In addition to craftsmanship, we appreciate his commitment to environmentally friendly practices and material use.
We regularly get comments from passes-by regarding the appeal of our house.
