  bathroom remodel

  As I see from previous reviews to do sloppy work and leave it unfinished is the style of this contractor.
  Right now in 3 months after he left promising "to come tomorrow"and finish everything I have holes all over the wall, unfinished floor next to the shower stall, next floor neighbor requesting to fix his destroyed ceiling because the poor installed sink in my bathroom leaked.

  To say that they were awful is an understatement. The project for which we hired them was supposed to take 5 weeks at most. 5 months later we finally fired them and found somebody else to fix their awful work and complete the project. I never expected this level of unprofessionalism.

  I needed renovation in my new house in NJ. On second floor he did hardwood flooring and on the first laminated floor. Both floors walls paint, kitchen, and one half bath room. We used to visit our house every day and we said him exactly how it should be done. The renovation was completed in time, so we could move into the house without extending the apartment lease. The house looks like a new one. We very like it.

  Stay away from this guy. He left work unfinished. Took 3 month to do the 2 week work per contract. Shower leaked, walls were not done well. After asking fro money back he did not call until I filed in small claim court. He asked to take my claim back and promises to rectify the problem and never did.

  I hired Bohdan Construction to fix my roof because it was leaking. They did a great job. After the work was done, everything was left neat and presentable. I would recommend this company.

  Did not use any tools to do his job - did everything with his bare hands. Kept sending us to the store to buy parts that he never used because he never measured properly. When I hired a plumber to fix his mistakes, the plumber actually laughed at how bad the renovations were done.

  Was suffering with my bathroom for 2 weeks and never complete. Everyday was asking for more payments. Quality is awful. Not a single item from the list complete properly. Just waist of the time money and materials.
  My advice – look for another company

  Bohdan Construction LLC did renovation on my apartment. They renovated the kitchen and the bathroom. I am very pleased with everything and it all looks very nice. They finished all the work in the two week, just as they said they would. I recommend them for renovations and construction projects.

  Did not connect pipes correctly. As soon as I turned on the water in the bathtub, my living room ceiling was dripping with water. All the bathroom tiles were applied crooked. Did not respect my home or my property - got everything covered with plaster and caulk. Charged me for supplies that he never used. Showed up to work around 11 and only performed around 4 hours of work each day. Promised to be finished in two days. After a week, the damage was so extensive that we decided not to let him finish and we hired another professional to fix all of his mistakes.
