A major construction project can be one of the most stressful and challenging experiences any homeowner can have. Knowing I had a significant structural issue that needed to be addressed, I reached out to numerous contractors regarding this major rot repair and construction project. This project involved the removal and replacement of a very large deck, two rooms, jacking up the front of the house to level it, and removing and replacing 6 sliding glass doors to mitigate a water issue, (in addition to other project efforts).
I selected Josh Boisvert (BHI) because of his responsiveness, knowledge, and willingness to be creative with the remediation efforts (and “unknowns), in addition to having competitive pricing.
The decision to hire Boisvert Home Improvement proved to be an excellent choice. Josh and his crew were courteous, responsible, thorough, hard working, and took pride in their work. Each challenge or unexpected situation was brought to my attention and discussed, and each solution was agreed upon. Josh was creative and flexible with his ideas and approach.

I hired Boisvert Home Improvements to complete a high-end deck project. I am a meticulous person, and my eye goes to anything that is out of line or substandard. Josh and his team handled the project with precision and excellent follow-through. Any modifications I requested were handled quickly and expertly. Josh believes in getting it right and in pleasing the customer. Communication skills were excellent, project was completed in a timely manner, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have hired Boisvert Home Improvement for multiple projects. Move and install 2 main house doors including new headers (1 was a 2 foot move and the other was a 1 foot move), install new LVL main support beam on basement, 1st and 2nd floor levels along with raising this main support beam wall 3 inches, install new windows including headers and a new deck. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work that BHI puts out and their pricing is good I would recommend BHI to anyone. They will be continuing our wrap around deck project in the very near future.

We hired Boisvert Home Improvement for the remodel of our bathroom. The Boisvert team were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. The bathroom was fully demoed and completed in two weekends. We absolutely love our bathroom remodel!
